Great news! The drainage & irrigation repair is working. We needed to wait for the area to dry out to verify this process. The rough grade & grass seed has been completed. The final step will be completed this week with hard, fine tooth hand rakes. Before photos. After the grass seed germinates, we will level the “site tube” or flush out to grade.
